I saw how it returns, - Sauron's return
I saw the death of stars, - could mean the fall of the line of Numenor
I saw corrupted hearts. - corrupted hearts of men

Once They will come to me - the Fellowship
to undo treachery
at that day, it all ends - the final evil in this world
I'll die by my own hands. - hmmm... could be just leaving for the undying lands...
