Well, what to say, I am back
All right, I hope you'd like the following one.
Memory of old
that I still hold:
That distant day
Last glimpse of gold
turning to grey.
Followed my way:
Another day
another world
falling to dark.
Shores of the sea;
just little spark
of jealousy.
High hopes and light
and the soul sold.
Power and pride.
All smooth and cold.
Glory and grace,
everything's gone:
Weary old face,
voice but a moan;
dust in my eyes -
all that remained.
Going in circles.
Cannot be saved.
I don't want just the answer, I'd also like (it may be just roughly) the explanation of all the parts of the riddle. Answer without explanation won't be considered an answer and I won't say even if it's right or wrong.
