I believe the three of them were the only ones who performed celtic dances, the others were dancing something "normal" (as even you wanted, the way I understood it). I believe they did the celtic dances because they wanted to make fun and stick out of the crowd.

Not sure. They did not look like anything out of the ordinary, I can say that much (I mean, they were not punks or anything like that). I believe they both had some long dresses in bright colors.

But all in all, yes, it was a very funny dream, but only after I woke up - as long as I was "inside" it seemed normal, serious, even frustrating to me (that was the last part

- and precisely the one seemed the funniest to me later). Well it goes like that with most dreams.
