Let me start with
Izzy, because of the people remaining, she's got the fewest posts...
Day 1:
Post 47 - Her first post, there's a little bit of IC talk, but there are some of
Izzy's thoughts.
Thinks
Rikae would say she was an ordo even if she wasn't (probably true). After
Rikae casts a vote for
sally,
Rikae thinks she should listen to
Shasta more, and
Izzy asks if
Rikae would vote for herself if Shasta voted for her.
Izzy, was this early banter or your reaction to wolf partner
sally getting a vote?
Also, says she thinks
Fea is trying to bait people (which was also probably true).
Post 82 -
Says she could see
Shasta revenge voting for me and asks if
Shasta and I had been in a village since my nasty trick. Which someone answered correctly, no.
Izzy sympathizes with
Brin, about being accused while not being around to defend yourself, but also says she doesn't think
Mac's only reason wasn't because
Brin wouldn't be around for the dead line.
Post 103 -
Thinks
Shasta's vote (for me) could be good cover for a wolf/starting a wolf bandwagon, but doesn't think
Shasta would be that risky as a Day 1 wolf. With no prior knowledge/indication, says she's casting a throw away vote for
CoD.
This vote is interesting, she ties
CoD with me (at 2 votes). There seemed to be a bit of confusion with the wording "throw away vote," which has been cleared up, and I don't think that's important. But, the question is would
Izzy vote for wolf-
CoD if she was a wolf?
Overall,
Izzy played Day 1 pretty cautiously. She didn't really accuse anyone, she is very agreeable and defends almost everyone she mentions. When she votes, it's for
CoD, with no prior statements on what she thinks about him. Slightly wolvish, it could be a wolf trying stay out of trouble on Day 1, and thus votes for wolf-buddy
CoD, knowing he won't strike back and cast the attention towards her. Or, it's a common Day 1 ordo who really didn't find anyone that suspicious on Day 1. Also, as cautious as she had been playing, her vote looks rather uncautious. Eventhough it was only CoD's 2nd vote, it tied him with me, and it came close to the deadline (less than 20 minutes to go).
Day 2 -
Post 160-
Quote:
My voting on CoD was pretty darn random. I was trying to make a vote while trying to get out the door at the same time. His voting of Day One stood out in my mind the most, so I figured heh why not.
|
This seems a little strange.
Izzy, trying to make it look like your vote wasn't anything more than simply a random pick as you were rushing out the door?
Says
Kath's death was probably and attempt at a clean kill, and I'm not sure what she was trying to get at when she asked me about the last village I was in:
Quote:
Boro when you duped the others when claiming false Rangership, who is it you were trying to kill when Shasta protected them? Wasn't it Kath?
|
Trying to steer suspicion towards me, because
Kath ends up killed on Day 1 and that's what we (my fellow wolves and I) attempted last time I was a wolf?
Post 194 -
Says
Shasta got baited by
Fea and she wants to take a look at
Nogrod,
sally, and me.
Nogrod and me because we were acting pretty buddy-buddy. She did end up explaining why she thought that. And
sally, because of her saying she would leave
CoD alone, but still going back to harp on the point.
So, now with two wolves left, if
Izzy were a wolf, would she throw
sally under the bus too at this stage?
Sally's reaction towards
CoD had been mentioned by a couple people before, so
Izzy could be a wolf showing support for that idea (at the same time while trying to steer the focus somewhere else - towards
Nogrod and me), or it's ordinary innocent who agreed with the things brought up against
sally.
Post 204-
Is an analysis on
Nogrod and
sally. Thinks
Nogrod was shopping around for votes against
Gwath, brings up the open interactions between
Nogrod and me, and didn't like the way Nogrod said wolves can hide better in random "I hate Day 1 votes."
Izzy comes out fairly aggressive against
sally. This point seems a little odd:
Quote:
Overall, I think there is more banter and joking around than there is discussion. But I think it is just how she is, so can't call her wolfy just because of that. I could, but that would just be silly.
|
It's the old "suspect/defend" trick. The only problem is the reason wolves love to use it, is because most ordo's vacillate back and forth as they try to think through/solve the puzzle. So, how do you distinguish a wolf, who is trying to say "yes that looks suspcious, but..." and an innocent genuinely trying to figure it out?
However, as I said above,
Izzy did come out pretty aggressive against
sally...besides just going back and repeating everything about
sally's reactions towards
CoD, she adds new stuff:
Quote:
If you can't in 'good conscience' vote for someone, then why would you put them on your vote list?
It seems to me, that the reasons for her vote list, are stretched and forced.
In #125 when you were still considering your vote, you said it was because of Nog's post #123. That he was speaking the truth. Were you considering because you agreed with what he said about Brin, or because you were waiting for him to make his vote?
|
Post 233 -
Votes for
Nogrod after saying in 204 she would probably not vote for him, but she would be watching him. Ok, this is what looks strange,
Izzy, you went after
sally pretty good, but didn't follow up by voting for her on Day 2. At the time you voted, there was 1 vote for
Gwath,
Fea, and
Mith, you decided to add
Nogrod into the mix.
This is going to look extremely hypocritical of me, because not 2 days ago I said I probably wouldn't vote for
McCaber, and an hour later I voted for him. But, after your
sally and
Nogrod analysis, you didn't post anything else about your thoughts on those two. What changed that made end up voting for someone you said you probably wouldn't be voting for? Why did you decide to add
Nogrod to the "list" and not
sally?
Day 3 -
Post 281 -
Wonders why Brin was killed and I believe this was referring to
Nogrod, although
Izzy doesn't make that clear. Huh?
Quote:
I wonder what it says about a person; who's top two suspects for at least a day and a half - both turn out ordo.
|
And in her next post (283) she asks
Lal why she's so certain the wolves are after her.
Post 316 - is when she asks me if I usually mimic words and phrases of others. I really don't know the point of that question. I did, and I'm sure I've done it before, it's not really a conscious effort on my part.
In
320 she responds to
Rikae who said she didn't like
Izzy's poking. This is a reason I'm worried about
Izzy:
Quote:
I'm not sure how analyzing Nog's and Sally's posts for a day and a half is considered poking.
It is a legitimate question which I posed to Boro.
You put Nilp on your naughty list for copying arguments, yet I don't see Boro there for that reason as well.
|
Seems a little over the top. I don't imagine
Rikae was referring to your post on
Nogrod and
sally, but more about your activity on that day. Your short little posts asking Lal questions, and the question towards me. I like using questions, but I'm really not sure how that one was legitimate.
That's why I thought
Izzy was saying I was a copying, or implying as if I wasn't coming up with any original ideas. Hence, my response in
328
Quote:
Izzy, I've been after Lal since Day 1, and I disagreed with Mac and Nogrod's suspicions against Brin, and I wondered whether the wolves thought Brin was the seer...I don't know how I'm copying everyone's arguments.
|
And her response to my response...
Quote:
To Boro:
I didn't say everyone. I suppose it is more phrasings used when making an argument. Either way, it rang bells to see "what the heck's" used two posts after I used them, in conjunction with the same person - when I don't recall seeing them before that.
|
This is the time (starting with
Rikae saying she was poking) where I think
Izzy looks like an over-reaction.
I mean when you look at it, all
Rikae said was she didn't like
Izzy's "poking", but besides just defending how she is not "poking" she manages to accuse 3 people in a span of a few sentences.
She says
Nilp is copying arguments (based on
Rikae's thoughts), lumps me in the same category as
Nilp, and since
Rikae did mention me with
Nilp, she accuses
Rikae. Now, this isn't
Izzy saying "I suspect so and so, because of blah blah," but it looks like a defensive reaction to throw 3 people under the bus in a relatively short period.
Post 359 -
Says she'd probably vote either
Nogrod or
sally, possibly
Nilp. Thinks
Lal is comedic and she really could be anything.
Post 377 -
Says she's in a hurry and ends up voting for Nogrod. This is another suspicious looking vote. At this time,
Mith had 2 votes,
Nogrod,
sally, and
Lalwende had 1. She ties
Nogrod with
sally...was this an attempt to save your buddy?
That's all I really care to do, I really need to get some sleep, so if anyone wants to make me happy they could finish looking at
Izzy. If not, I'll be back in the morning.
