I thought the title might be legitimate, as I know some here have expressed displeasure with the forum rules on rare occasions.
I can honestly say I have never done as you describe, though I too have been guilty of giving a rep here and there that may not have been
entirely deserved by the recipient, in the hopes it would be reciprocated.
