Today I had a dream about the Tears of Mirrormere RPG, it was so that Groin wrote a post about some Dwarves in Erebor, one of them was Thorin Oakenshield, discussing the fact that Moria has apparently been overrun. Thorin actually said that "it has been a year since the Orcs breached the gates of Moria", and I thought "ah, now I see, so the plan was to actually leave the situation now and move one year further... so I guess now Thorin and the other Dwarves are coming to help, while the rest of the Dwarves in Moria are driven further and further into Khazad-Dum? But I wonder, is this canonical? In the sense that - should not Frár, Lóni and Náli have died already during the first attack of the Orcs - you surely can't tell me the Dwarves are holding the Bridge for the whole year!"
Well, an interesting dream it was...
