Sorry if this is totally random, but I don't have time to read over this whole thread.
Thing is, it would be possible for me to get one independant cinema to participate for definate, another independant that would think about it, and the UGC who I can talk to. And as the UGC is a chain, it'd go over the whole country.
This might be totally not what you had in mind, but am willing to go meet with them if it's at all useful.
