Ah good, I did hope for some ranger-protection after that vote for
EW who I indeed dreamed of. That comment was also meant as a bluff as far as I can remember, as I hoped the wolves would think the real Seer wouldn't be so forthright in his relief of waking up unscathed. After that I started to drop cobbler-hints in the hope that the village wouldn't lynch me because of accusations of cobblery and that the wolves wouldn't night-kill me because they though I was an ally. Seemed to work a charm until
Agan, the actual cobbler, started her witch-hunt...
Edit: And I did enjoy that analysis that pointed out each cobbler-hint in a very incriminating manner. But since I wanted everyone to believe I probably was the cobbler I was reluctant to defend myself properly.

Eomer without my help, and that I'd get a good chance of surviving another Day and finishing the game myself and gloat a bit over it. Wasn't to be though, but all's well that ends well...
