Looking at my first set of people I'd say...
Eomer is non-involved but makes sense (not his vote on D1 though - but it suits the way of playing I don't personally like)
TEW seems like not interested / being busy.
Form looks genuine - even if, and becasue, he has other more pressing things in mind.
