I'd agree that Tolkienien heroes tend to be "ectomorph" types... but you're not talking about the general picture, you're talking about "somewhere in the history of Middle-earth". We've supplied you with a couple of examples already, and you disallowed them using what I'd call special pleading ("Hobbit" characters don't count, briefly-appearing characters sort-of don't count...)
