If I remember correctly, what provoked my strong objection (to avoid further implied swearing) was you saying that they had been outside before but had moved inside now so as to better blend with the crowd - an argument from wolf psychology that's something quite different (in my mind at least) than just saying "they're outside, they must be wolves". I'll give you that it wasn't really a 'case' and you may not have expected a lot of people to buy it, but semper aliquid haeret, doesn't it?
I'll admit however that my memory of the game isn't exactly crystal clear - a reminder that Werewolf and alcohol don't go together that well, at least for me
