Thanks, I am aware of many threads of Tom Bombadil, on this, and on other forums, and I've read most of them.
However, most of the time threads are dealing with "Who is Tom Bombadil", and this thread should be more about Tom's actions in the book (or non-action
), his personality, and should he needs to be in the books (or in the middle earth) at all.
