I'm learning Quenya from this really cool website. It's free and all you have to do is download the lessons. They are easy to understand and they give you a quiz at the end of each lesson. There are 20 lessons in all. It takes a long time, but they teach you all kinds of things including: where to place stress marks, pronunciation, how to take apart and decode words, and a lot more.
