I'm afraid I don't agree with you there. It's his people's business if he spends too much public money and neglects affairs of state. Perhaps this behaviour contributed to the lax security that led to 13 prisoners escaping? Also, could the dwarves complain that he inflicting his singing on them is tantamount to torture?
