Khazad-Dūm is Moria, Barazinbar is Caradhras, one of the three peaks under which Moria lies. So do the Beacon Hills lie under the White Mountains.
But you could also say that Barazinbar is only a part of a whole (Moria), in which case, the answer would be one of the Beacon Hills, e.g. Halifirien.
Am I near?
