Not at all.
The phantom was considering whether there was a reason for
everyone to behave morally. I do not believe that there is. But I do believe that humans tend towards moral behaviour and, if so, there must be some reason for this.

It's an evolved pattern of behaviour originally directed towards facilitating the survival of the species - see my earlier posts.
