Mmmm...food...lembas would be good for long arduous journeys but I don't think I'd feel right just hanging out in Lothlorien and picnicking on it. Same with miruvor. I'd stick with man-food (or hobbit-food), as Treebeard would say. To be honest, I would love to be invited to tea at Bag End when Bilbo and Frodo were both living there - the description of the tea with the Dwarves in "The Hobbit" always makes me hungry, especially the cakes [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img]. We could have cakes, tea, cold chicken and pickles etc. (no coffee, though, even if the Dwarves asked for it - nassssty coffee) and talk about the Quest of Erebor, and of course we wouldn't worry that any more serious consequences might come from anything Bilbo might have done along the way...
Or if that's too much, I wouldn't pass up a chance to swallow a few mugs of the best beer in Southfarthing at the Golden Perch....
