You seem to know something of what the Spanish did in South America, Finwe, so it is odd that you should say something like that. What exactly do you mean by talking about 'honouring' the Conquistadors?
They were just as much despised then (when they did it) as they are by historians now.
The other thing about Columbus (early Spanish explorer/merchant) was equally innacurate and puzzling... anyway, rather a couple of mistakes there, my friend.
