Middle-Earth Real Estate; It was a book with photos from around the world that resembled places in MiddleEarth imagine my surprise to learn the photos and accompanying essays were written by Downers but the weird part was it came with an extra DVD with "Commercials" for the properties;

Hookbill showed of the Glittering Cave(Which is the only one I can actually recognize in real lfe as the manmade cave at the Linderhof Palace in Germany)
H-I was in Ireland(I'm Guessing) Selling Hobbiton plots

Formen was there... I don't recall what he was selling only that he was doing a Really Cheesey infomercial style of selling...
What's sad now that i think about it is I dreamt abbout sitting around watching TV....
