<BR> Re: Character actors</b><br><br> Am reading the Fellowship again right now. I have not read the book for about 5 years. I am discovering that all the old images that I had of the characters is being replaced by the images of the actors for the new movie. <br> I am not altogether bothered by this. I believe if the actor has a slight resemblance to the character for the books, then his or her acting will fill in the rest to complete the character role.<br> I will be disappointed if the acting in the movie sucks. The images of the characters will be stuck there, and will kind of ruin future readings. <p></p>
