Incomplete Character Descriptions or incomplete First Posts will be sent back to the writer, and may be resubmitted after they are complete.
Character descriptions without a completed First Post will be sent back to the writer. They may be resubmitted together when they are completed.
There are to be no 'SAVES' put on the Discussion Thread for the purpose of later placing a Character Description and First Post.
