No, but I'm just curious. I think this is one of those moments where PJ changed the book for no reason at all. It's not like having him talk from the top of Orthanc will impress anybody more than talking from the balcony. In fact, it actually
does matter, in a way. In addition to Legolas' arrow not reaching Wormtongue, how are they supposed to
hear the infamous voice of Saruman?
