I'd forgotten about the 'cow jumped over the moon' one!
People falling over, being knocked out or fainting:
1. Boromir - trips on a tree-root and falls sprawling on his face.
2. Bombur - falling in the river.
3. Frodo - from the Morgul-knife on Weathertop.
4. Turin - swooning after his encounter with Glaurung.
5. Sam - falls and cuts his knees near Parth Galen.
6. Gollum - trips into Orodruin.
7. Pippin - near Parth Galen - 'I swooned and was made captive.'
8. Frodo - and the cow jumped over the - whooooaaahhh!
9. Bilbo - falls off Dori's back and is knocked unconscious, under the Misty Mountains.
