Amroth would insist that the Rohan group follow the river, so although it's tempting to shortcut across the bends, he at least will not do so. Even considering that, the two groups could meet up in maybe five or six days. WOW!!! Much faster than I had anticipated. Hey! You guys plot-twisted my plan!
