It was actually through the Silm that I ensnared her. I had drawn a picture that night....of Luthien dancing in Doriath....and had typed out the 'Song of beren and Luthien' that is in LotR. She adored the picture, fell in love with the poem, and before you could say 'Hey dol! Merry dol! Ring a dong dillo!' I had her reading LotR. Now that she knows that the Tale of Luthien and Beren is in the Silm she's reading that, and because the Lay is in 'The Lays of Beleriand' she's buying that...and I'm stealing it [img]smilies/wink.gif[/img]
....of course, it was probably the fact that she was drunk when I showed her the poem that made her read it. [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img]
