The Fellowship of the Word-Smiths; a lovely site with info on Quenya, Sindarin, and the Tengwar alphabet.

Sindarin Dictionary; if it is Sindarin you are interested in, this place has downloads of a dictionary and a search option (only 800 hits are allowed total each day, however).

Quenya Names; just for fun, you can look up your name and find the Quenyan translation.
Also at Council of Elrond (lurvely site) there is a Sindarin course based on the text at Ardalambion; it's very useful and I recommend you check it out. Have fun!
