Regarding languages, it is widely believed that Wargs spoke many languages, due to their immense capacity for learning.
Regarding the movie-Wargs, they were the single biggest mistake and act of disrespect in the entire trilogy. Compared to the movie-Wargs, movie-Pelennor fields was majestic.
There was actually a website which is now closed (unfortunately) which listed everything wrong with the movie-Wargs. I believe the final count was in between 650-660.
