It's Nocturnal from the Elder Scrolls series, one of my favourite Daedra.
Bethberry, I can confirm your avvie. My mom had a copy of Brian Froud and Alan Lee's
Faeries from the 70's and that little fellow was on one the first few pages. Poor book was read to just leaves, but I remember him well. Hope this helps, if any.
