Beyond a groaner...get the tomatoes!
Even though the initial exercise seems to have been an ill-conceived joke, and I don't even know Crystal Heart, I'm sure glad she's alive!  I've seen this sort of occurrence in other message boards and mailing lists in the past, and it seems to be an integral part of human nature, unfortunately. It happens here and there with great regularity. It also reaffirms my notion that some humor is in extremely bad taste.
