You fill in you're name and it give you yer "Elf Name" it can also do it with a Hobbit name (my hobbit name according to that site is Berilac Chubb-Baggins)
I don't have a clue how this site works, I have found a FAQ saying that it didn't include ALL rules for elf names, for instance, a Elf doesn't have 2 names
