Okay, let's go ahead and start voting on possible times and places.

Everyone post what dates in August work for you (eg 1-6/15-24). If August doesn't work, say so.

Then give a yes or no for the following locations (whether or not you would be able to go there at any time, doesn't have to be in August).

1) Milwaukee
2) Chicago
3) St Louis
4) Nashville
5) Kansas City
6) Oklahoma City
7) Indianapolis
8) Omaha
9) Austin
10) Dallas

I'm hoping that everyone who has replied to this thread thus far will cast a vote (crosses fingers). After we get some responses, I'll start posting a tally.
