Whilst there aren't any songs I have heard that remind me of LOTR, aside from something obvious like

Neil Young espouses the longing for the romance of medieval stories which is largely responsible for my love of Tolkien's stories:

I also must mention
May it Be by
Enya. I know it was made specifically for the FOTR movie, but it just captures the essence of Frodo and his plight so beautifully. It is totally LOTR, and I hazard a guess that even Tolkien himself would have been happy with that song.
