Silmarillion 2nd Edition

Okay, it's been about a month since I finally bought my own copy of the Silmarillion. I go into Barnes & Noble yesterday and what do I discover? There's suddenly a 2nd edition available. I damn near bought another copy of it, but I decided to go with UT and BoLT2. Anyone here have the 2nd edition? If so, what's revised? Worth buying another copy?
Also, is there another paperback edition of UT? The cover of this Ballentine one is miserable. Ugly.
