There are several Elves in the time of the War of the Ring that were around since the First Age - Galadriel, Celeborn, Thranduil and Celeborn .... and who knows the real age (and identity) of Glorfindel of Rivendell?
Of all these, Galadriel is the only that saw Aman (though it is possible that Glorfindel did also). Thranduil and Cirdan were Sindarin.
