You mean in Elvish? Sorry, but I don't think it does. Ar means noble and the rest is unaccounted for.
Anyway, I wouldn't name my kids anything from Middle Earth, but my sister wants to name her daughter Lorien and her son Elessar.
Luckily she still has time to change her mind as she's only 15
