I just put up this notice on the game thread after Sophia's save in which she mentions preparing for the masquerade.

Generic Save:

For anyone who wants to do a pre-party preparation scene, but doesn't get around to it before Eckthelion starts the party late tonight. (Put your post on the discussion thread, and I will paste it in this box.)

If no one needs this, I'll erase it later.
