May-flower...maybe this is a bit far-fetched and I'm picking up the wrong thing entirely here, but would that be a hint at the Mayflower, the ship that took the Pilgrim fathers from England to Massachussets in the early 17th century? If so, then maybe Nuranar? She wrote rather eloquently on it as a subject, and does have a particular fondness for American history...(I would say Gurthang but, well, he ain't a she...)
Anywhere close, at all? I'm running dry on any ideas at all, and this is the thought that struck. Otherwise, if I'm near (which I doubt - far fetched would be a euphemism), maybe...Bethberry? I don't know, I'm hopeless! A downer from Massachussets?
