Oh but it's absolutely different! Because together, they mean the end of the phrase is "ride on"! I thought at first it would be Eomer's exclamation on the way to Minas Tirith, but that's not the case. However, riding is not so nebulous in LOTR to make a skim of the likely places impossible.
