You cannot pick your nose right before a battle without first consulting your neighbour. And if you do not consult your neighbour you get to spend the night with Shelob.

If one picks their nose and wipes it one another's shoulder, then you will be sentenced to a booger flinging the next day. (If you don't die in battle first)
