Bulvard stood alone, tall and sullen as Elanor was helped away by Elwyn. Slight rain had started to fall as the man looked upward. Culloth came over and put an arm around her brother's slouched shoulders, but she was curious and led him toward Tumnaooriel. The tall, white haired man looked down at the beautiful woman. She was shivering from the cold rain, but stood her ground and looked into his pale, grey eyes. Bulvard caressed her cheek and turned away.

"I must say, she does remind me of my beloved Fiona, but only in vision. I feel nothing else...there is no stiring in my heart for her." said Bulvard.

Tumnaooriel looked up in surprise.

"Elanor, you have saved me...that accursed wizard's gift was eating away at my mind and my soul.... you have saved me," the tall man continued, "and I will consider you a friend."
