Not that it really changes the argument much...
...but does it actually say that the messenger to the dwarves was a Nazgul? I was under the impression that it was just another one of Sauron's minions. If he was so worried about secrecy, would he send one of his highest, most terrifying servants on "missions of goodwill" for the "least of rings that Sauron fancies"?
