Basicaly, you find a quote and
translate it
literally into another language. Not from the book in, say, german, but you must translate it yourself. Any language will do, but if they use a different alphabet (eg. Cyrillic) then try to use latin letters for the sounds in the other alphabet. Dead languages also count. I'll start with a little latin:
