Were Sam or Gollum nearly murdered by Saruman?

Well, not as nearly murdered by him as Frodo was, anyway. Maura is Frodo, of course, chosen, as Gandalf said, to bear/have the Ring. I put Ringbearer at first instead of chosen one, but thought it too easy. Sn correct for tin.

Radagast is incorrect.
