I really don't see what the hard part of 'a post should always be longer than your sig' is... it does not mean that one should 'post 5 times in a row' in order to explain something, it means the opposite. Short post - long sig: <img src=frown.gif ALT="

And if one tries to follow that rule for oneself, and tries to force oneself to throw in some sense into his/her own posts (maybe even after having thought about what one is posting), one will either stop those useless one-word-comments which degrade a thread, or -
and this second possibility is why personally like this stance - one will start posting with content.
