Rosie a twin?
My friend was reading in the Appendicies in the RotK. And she noticed that in Sam's Family Tree it lists Rose Cotton and Wilcome (Jolly) Cotton as being born in 1384 shire reckoning. So does that mean that Rosie is a twin?

i've noticed that as well but i dont remember it saying anywhere that they were twins

They could also have been born in January and December or something similar, with more than 9 months between them. I haven't heard anything about them being twins either, though it is of course possible.

I saw that as well, but I thought that it was what NightKnight said, that there was a difference in age of at least nine months.

If you go by that logic though, then how can you assume that Elladan and Elrohir were twins? Everybody assumes that they are twins. How do we know that? Because they were born the same year. That is the same logic I am going by with Rosie and Jolly.
