It means something like Moon-land. Ithil-of or pertaining to the moon; -ien-used as a suffix or prefix for land

Yeah, I knew it was elvish, I just wasn't sure if it was Sindarin or Quenya. Yeah it means Moon-Land becaause of Minas Ithil(Tower of the rising Moon). Good job. Your turn.
