Can someone post a translation of the Tengwar writing at the bottom of the title page of TLOTR? I'm having a little trouble figuring it out and that would help a lot.

Does anybody know what it says in the Histories of Middle Earth books?
It took me ages just to figure out the tengwar on this site says "Barrow downs" [img]smilies/rolleyes.gif[/img]
Any help appreciated.
