Glenn Yarbrough has died.

For those who may not know him, he sang for the soundtracks of the 1970's animated Hobbit and ROTK films.

Today, we had to euthanize our 14 year old cat, and those exact words came to my mind.

Tolkien didn't write those words, but that song at the end of the Rankin-Bass ROTK still moves me.
