Which certainly does leave a paradox, if humility is a virtue that we try to strive for, how are we unaware that we are being humble, and thus feel proud by our humility? Unless of course you are just humble for the sake of humility, and not for yourself...ack, now I've become twisted into a state of bah-humble confusion.
