~ When you paint your fingernails to say 'Frodo Lives' and are sad because you don't have enough fingers for an exclamation mark.

~ When you also paint your toenails to match, even though no one will ever see them, because it is winter.

~ When this is the first time you have painted your fingernails or toenails for three years, but you decided RotK is a special occasion.

Why does Crazy Captions get a new thread when it is only 14 pages long, yet this one is 18 pages long? I am confused about this.
